Before it was pure prep, argyle was a Scottish knitting motif, common in Highlandish kilts and tartans. The Argyle Sock is made on the same machines that we knit our Kennedy sock - the 168 needle Sangiacomo. These machines roll out our finer gauge socks, which yield a slim, cozy fit. We never thought we'd make a sock preppier than the classic Kennedy - but that argyle design along the welt on these crews might just prove us wrong
